New Patient Information
Your First Visit
As soon as you walk in our doors for your first appointment, you’ll immediately know that you made the right decision for your smile. Our friendly front desk team will help you quickly organize your paperwork, and then you’ll be escorted to the back where one of our excellent hygienists will record your patient history on an iPad and take some x-rays.
After that, you’ll get to meet Dr. Virginia Gregory. You’ll have a chance to discuss your concerns, your smile goals, and then she’ll perform a thorough oral exam. Afterward, she’ll formulate a treatment plan specifically designed for you, and then you’ll have a chance to ask any questions you might have.
We are happy to help you with any form of insurance.
For new patients and for regular (hygiene) appointments, we will be happy to fill out all insurance forms and mail them for you. We will request payment at the time of service, and the insurance reimbursement will be made directly to you.
For other dental treatments, we can request a predetermination of coverage from your insurance company if it is necessary for you to know what benefits would be available. All treatment expenses will be thoroughly discussed with you prior to your care and financial arrangements made before the beginning of your treatment.

If you currently do not have dental insurance, or if you need a treatment that is not covered by your plan, then we can help you get low to no interest financing with CareCredit.
